I'm Melissa, a London-based composer, sound designer, and audio editor with a passion for music education. A graduate of Berklee College of Music, I've spent a decade working in Hollywood, composing for film, TV, and media. When I'm not in my studio, I teach university-level courses on composing for media.
I believe that music should be fun and engaging, and I tailor my lessons to students of all ages and skill levels (for children's lessons, please click here). I approach each lesson with the philosophy that music is best learned when it connects to something meaningful, whether that's by interpreting pop music through a classical lens or recreating the sound of your favorite track.
